**What will you do**

Execute the security strategy locally in the region or sites in charge (southern cone), based on the evaluation and mitigation of risks in alignment with the Global Security policy, the implementation of standards and programs that guarantee safe working conditions for all associates, assets, and facilities.
- Responsibilities:

- Execute the security strategy, policies, procedures, and programs defined by the company, businesses or units operating in alignment with Global Security to protect employees, assets and facilities, thus mitigating financial losses, crimes against people, sabotage, threats, emergency situations, illegal acts, among others.
- Support the Security Manager in the identification of security risks, opportunities or physical/operational/corporate vulnerabilities in the region or sites under his charge, recommending strategies to prevent, reduce and mitigate the risks.
- Supervise and develop the LAS Security Operations Center, selecting the best profile, defining the actions to be carried out, supervising the daily operational development, and recommending the best practices to guarantee a comprehensive execution 24/7 and thus maintain adequate levels of security for the region or sites under their responsibility
- Guarantee from the LAS Security Operations Center, the constant supervision of the operation through the video surveillance system (MaxPro VMS), the administration of access controls (ProWatch), the issuance of corporate credentials, as well as the issuance of internal reports and situational reports (crimes, crime rates, natural disasters, demonstrations, strikes, political conflicts, among others).
- Coordinate through the LAS Security Operations Center, the development of the Travel Security program for employees and visitors, as well as the Event and Meeting Security program, annual sales conventions, and external meetings, ensuring the safety of participants and protecting the assets of the organization.
- Support research related to People, Assets, Products, approved by the Security Manager and in coordination with Global Security/Brand Protection, under the standards of the organization in the region or sites under its responsibility.
- Identify the investment needs at the corporate security level so that the Security Manager defines and manages the projects that the organization must develop to maintain a high level of security in the sites or businesses of the region.
- Strategically and operationally advise the Facilities area on physical security services in the region or sites under their charge.
- Coordinate and supervise the Executive Protection Program, including residential services, security transfers, vehicles, and drivers.
- Other Duties:

- Efficiently consolidate the KPIs defined by Global Security.
- Establish communication with local law enforcement agencies and external safety committees.
- Manage and promote with the area of Facilities, division, or corresponding business the maintenance and / or repair of the equipment and security devices that belong to the protection scheme.
- Interact directly with other areas of the organization to promote compliance with policies, procedures and standards, as well as security training.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Required Qualifications

Professional title: Engineer/Bachelor of Business Administration, Forensic Sciences, Criminalistics, or related field;
Security management / MBA (it's a plus).

Other Programs: ASIS member (desired); CPP - PSP (is a plus), military or law enforcement fund.
- Desired Qualifications
- From 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate security management, with mastery in the supervision of physical security, investigations, and SOC.
