**Nível de Estudios**:
Ing. De Computación, Sistemas o carrera afín. (Indispensable)
Certificación Foundations ITIL (Indispensable)
Certificación Intermedia ITIL (deseable)

**Habilidades**:
**Conocimiento en el manejo de hardware de servidores**: Cisco, DELL.
Conocimiento en el manejo y administración de sistemas operativos: Windows, Linux.
**Conocimiento en Plataformas de virtualización**: VMWARE, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Desktop.
Conocimientos en plataformas IaaS, SaaS, PaaS de Nubes Públicas: Azure, AWS.
**Conocimiento en la Gestión de plataformas de respaldo**: Veeam, Netbackup y monitoreo: Dynatrace, Site 24x7.
**Experiência en Gestión de sistemas de Almacenamiento**: NAS, SAN, DELL, IBM.
**Conocimiento en plataformas de servicio Web**: IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Nginx.
Conocimientos básicos de arquitecturas de redes
Conocimiento en el manejo y operación de plataformas de colaboración: Sharepoint, O365, Canvas.
Conocimientos en la metodología ITIL.
**Conocimientos de administración de aplicaciones**: (WebLogic, Sharepoint, Teams, SAP Hana, NetIQ Identity Manger, NetIQ Access Manager, System Center, Active Directory, Intune, Zoom, etc.)
Conocimientos de conceptos y metodologías de ciberseguridad
Conocimiento de metodologías de desarrollo ágil.
Inglés técnico.

**Especialización**:
Al menos 2 años de experiência práctica en la administración de la plataforma Service Now: CMDB / ITOM / Service Mapping
**Deseado**: Path System Administrator Service Now learning
Experiência de al menos un año en administración de servidores Windows, instalación y actualización de aplicaciones / servicios.
Conocimientos en administración de contratos de licenciamiento de la plataforma ServiceNow
Conocimientos básicos/intermedio del proceso de auditoría sobre plataforma ServiceNow.
**Tareas a realizar**: Instalación y configuración de servidores, sistemas de almacenamiento, sistemas de respaldo/recuperación, herramientas de colaboración y servicios Web acorde a mejores prácticas y mantenimientos preventivos a los equipos y sistemas; para garantizar la disponibilidad, funcionamiento y seguridad de la información contenida en los servidores. Documentando, monitoreando y optimizando continuamente los procesos desplegados en colaboración con las áreas funcionales, de soporte y de gestión TI. Actúa como administrador principal de las plataformas. Gestiona la operación, el uso, la actualización y la configuración técnica del sistema. Mantiene la funcionalidad y configuración acorde a las necesidades institucionales, buscando mantener la continuidad operativa de las mismas. Colaborar con las diversas áreas de la DHTI en el diseño de estrategias de implementación de los proyectos institucionales. Responsable de la estabilidad, integridad y eficiencia de los sistemas que soportan las funciones centrales de la institución. Generar reportes cuya información permite la toma efectiva de decisiones por parte de nuestros usuarios funcionales en cuestión de uso de licenciamiento.
