**Your challenges**:
- Develop and maintain custom themes and templates in Magento 2, following development best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and development team to translate business requirements into frontend technical solutions using Magento 2.
- Contribute to the design, creation and measurement of products that directly impact the lives of thousands of people every day.
- Participate in definitions together with architecture, always thinking about solutions that are scalable. Work together with other teams to achieve synergies with a positive impact on the business, ensuring an excellent work environment.
- Search and identify opportunities for improvement to guarantee a product of excellence that ensures a great user experience.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading and a smooth user experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative teams.
**Required Skills**:
- Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, requirejs, knockout and jQuery.
- Experience in customizing and developing Magento 2 themes, including the use of PHTML, XML, LESS/SASS and CSS Grid.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Solid experience in developing responsive interfaces and designs, ensuring a consistent user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
- Skills in performing performance, compatibility and usability testing, as well as identifying and solving technical problems on the frontend.
- Git Repositories Familiarity with agile methodologies: Scrum/Kanban.
**Valued Skills**:
- Additional knowledge in related languages or technologies, such as PHP, MySQL, AJAX, GraphQL, nodejs, react, among others.
- + 6 years of experience in frontend development, knowledge of Magento 2 desirable.
- Graduate or advanced student of Computer Science, Engineering/Bachelor's Degree in Systems, or similar.
- High research and learning capacity.
- Strong orientation to customer needs.
- Organization and decision-making capacity.
- Ability to systematize and standardize development processes.
- Desire to learn and grow professionally, living our value that #NoVamosTeche
