**Telemarketing Position**

California based real estate company seeking motivated people to join our company. This is a part time contractor position with the possibility of growing into a Full Time contract

We are a fast-growing company specialized in real estate in need of a Telemarketer to work with us. Our Telemarketer Associate is someone who isn’t afraid of cold calling, who can carry out a fluent conversation in English and who takes pride in the successful result of setting a meeting. This is a long term opportunity with the possibility of growing within the company and in our field of expertise. We have a great training program and this will give you an opportunity to learn how real estate/investing works, speak better English and have an opportunity to grow in a US organization Remember excellent sales skills is the key to all businesses.

**TOP 3 DUTIES**:

- **Talk to 100 people per week**:

- **Schedule 8 Appointments per week**:

- **Fill Events (happy hours, lunch and learns, etc)**

**Required Qualifications**:

- Must have an exceptional grasp of the English language and great communicative skills
- An aptitude to learn quickly
- Experience in cold calling
- Ability to network, build, and cultivate strong professional relationships.
- Familiar with using software networking and tracking tools including LinkedIn, Salesforce, Microsoft Office.
