**Role Description**:
The Junior Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing influencer campaigns, facilitating smooth communication among Music Labels, Brands, Influencers, and other agencies in fulfilling influencer needs. Will work closely with members of the music team to find additional influencers, drive business, and increase client relations.

**Responsibilities**
- Devise and implement dynamic influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Orchestrate seamless collaboration with Music Labels, Brands, and other influencers in our social media endeavors.
- Use effective communication channels and execute influencer campaigns on TikTok and Instagram.
- Engaging with influencer outreach to ensure successful campaign collaborations
- Working closely with the Music team to flawlessly implement and organize music campaigns

**Non Negotiable Requirements**
- At least 1-3+ years of experience in influencer and campaign management or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of influencer marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Be able to support key objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to identify top trends within TikTok and Instagram and be able to support time-sensitive campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Experience with Excel is preferred.
- Must have a solid understanding of social media influencer support and execution, especially on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.

**Time Commitment**:

- Full-Time (40 Hours/week)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, To Be Determined (in CST)

**Salary**: $780,000.00 - $1,030,000.00 per month
