THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management & Forecasting**: Own and execute inventory forecasting across Amazon, D2C, and retail channels using the ERP system and inventory planner to maintain optimal stock levels.
- **Purchase Order Coordination**: Place and manage purchase orders with manufacturers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- **Amazon FBA Shipment Management**: Create and track FBA shipments within Seller Central, including troubleshooting any issues.
- **Stock Level Monitoring**: Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment based on sales velocity to avoid stockouts.
- **Problem Solving & Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot issues with 3PL providers and Amazon FBA shipments, ensuring smooth and timely resolution.
- **Cross-Department Communication**: Communicate stock updates to internal teams and provide manufacturers with inventory needs and timelines.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Engage in daily communication with suppliers, confirming lead times, tracking shipments, and addressing any availability concerns.
- **Support Operational KPIs**: Assist the Head of Operations in monitoring COGS, supplier performance, and key KPIs. Provide regular reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Risk Mitigation & Process Improvement**: Identify bottlenecks or supply risks, propose solutions, and implement continuous process improvements.
- **Product Lifecycle Management**: Coordinate discontinuation of obsolete products and ensure new product launches are executed smoothly.
- **SOP Development**: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory and supply processes.
- **Special Projects**: Participate in ad hoc projects as needed to support the operations team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Expertise in Inventory Forecasting & Supply Chain Management**: High level of expertise in forecasting and managing supply chain operations to maintain optimal stock levels across multiple channels.
- **Experience in E-commerce and B2B Channels**: Background in both Amazon and wholesale B2B channels, with a deep understanding of logistics and fulfillment.
- **Amazon & Logistics Knowledge**: Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and wholesale B2B logistics.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent in English with extensive experience in supplier communications. Highly communicative and capable of building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- **Adaptable and Resilient**: Ready to move fast, pivot quickly when roadblocks arise, and proactively handle unexpected challenges.
- **Problem Solving & Initiative**: Not afraid to “get in there” and tackle issues head-on, with a willingness to clean up processes and contribute wherever needed.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities to turn data insights into actionable decisions and manage inventory accurately.
- **Advanced Excel Proficiency**: High level of skill in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in inventory management and supply planning
- Familiarity with multi-channel distribution such Amazon, D2C, and retail
- Familiarity with inventory and forecasting processes
- Proficiency in Excel (know how to use formulas and data analysis)
- Proven experience with inventory management systems, particularly Amazon Seller Central (experience with Inventory Planner is a plus but not required)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience communicating with suppliers
