We are looking for an outstanding Technical Content Writer to join our Marketing Team and help us create engaging and informative content that will drive traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, self-driven and passionate about what they do and excited to learn new things

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, salespeople, designers, and marketing specialists, to create compelling content that highlights our products' features and benefits.

Your primary duties will include:

- Gain deep understanding of products/services for effective content creation
- Develop comprehensive documentation adhering to organizational standards
- Simplify complex information into polished, engaging content
- Write user-friendly content tailored to target audience needs
- Collaborate with various departments to comprehend project requirements
- Transform insights into language that empowers users
- Align technical content with brand messaging and marketing campaigns
- Create white papers, case studies, product sheets, and technical blog posts
- Develop and maintain product documentation: user manuals, developer guides, API docs, release notes
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and conciseness in all content
- Adhere to style and formatting guidelines for consistency across documentation
- Stay current with software development trends and technologies for relevant content

About you:

- 3-5 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer.
- Superior English written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences and channels.
- Familiarity with software development processes and terminology.
- Experience in B2B marketing or technology industry.
