We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to help us create on-brand assets that are visually appealing to support the brand strategy for our company's target market.

**About the company**:
Howdy is a US startup that connects tech talent in Latin America to opportunities in the United Stages. By putting developer's well-being first, we ensure a perfect match between an engineer and our opportunities, establishing long-term, rewarding career paths. Basically, this means that our clients reach out to us to expand/build their dev teams with senior developers/computer engineers in LATAM.

As you may know, the software development industry in LATAM is very competitive with high demand; many companies are vying for this talent therefore companies need to differentiate themselves.

**About the role**:
We're looking for someone who:

- Can design and maintain visual brand integrity across all assets for external marketing initiatives and communications.
- Daily tasks will be focused on creating visually appealing pieces of content in the format and dimensions requested (mainly digital).
- Will report to our External Communications Manager and will collaborate with the Content Producer and Performance teams as well as other internal teams.

**What activities are part of the role?**:

- Graphic & digital, user centered design for Performance and Branding teams needs (landing pages, ads, website, product, interface, UI, etc.).
- Motion graphics knowledge.
- Following band strategy, includes keeping style guides updated, following brand guidlines, brand vision and value proposition for all assets created.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
- A strong focus on results.
- Awareness of creative/visual industry benchmarks.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- An ability to think strategically and come up with creative ideas.
- You are independent, comfortable working remotely and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Above all, you're a team player and love making an impact each day.
