**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Supplier Test Lead shall be responsible for**:

- Work with the client and IBM functional SME’s to establish the scope of System integration testing and regression testing
- Work with client business process owners and super users to establish the scope of User acceptance testing
- Created detailed schedules for test phases dependent on technical and resource dependencies
- Manage and report on the creation and approval of new test scripts
- Manage RAID items and report on the readiness to start test phases
- Run twice daily test status meetings during test phases as well defect management meetings
- Proactively manage defects to resolution
- Proactively manage test execution throughout test phases to ensure timely closure of test phases
- Create all required test documentation e.g. test plans, test closure reports, daily KPI reporting
- Act as a SME of testing best practice

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Prior experience as Test lead
- Experience on SAP implementation projects
- English: Upper-intermediate or Fluent (conversational skill)

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Proficient in the use of MF ALM ( HP ALM/ HPQC)
