¿Estás listo/a para desempeñarte como referente técnico en el ámbito de los sistemas eléctricos? Esta es tu oportunidad para unirte a nuestro equipo como Power System Engineer - Senior y liderar proyectos innovadores en un entorno colaborativo.

**Responsabilidades Principales del Puesto**:

- Diseñar, analizar y optimizar sistemas de potencia y distribución eléctrica para proyectos de gran envergadura.
- Proporcionar liderazgo técnico y dirección en el diseño e implementación de soluciones energéticas eficientes.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para desarrollar especificaciones técnicas y procedimientos operativos.
- Realizar análisis de estabilidad, cortocircuito y coordinación de protecciones eléctricas utilizando software especializado.
- Realizar estudios de factibilidad para nuevos proyectos energéticos e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares de seguridad en instalaciones eléctricas.
- Preparar informes técnicos y presentaciones para stakeholders internos y externos.

**Requisitos Clave**:

- Grado universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería de Potencia o un campo afín.
- Más de 7 años de experiência en diseño y gestión de sistemas de potencia.
- Conocimiento amplio en normativa eléctrica internacional y nacional.
- Dominio de software de análisis de sistemas de potencia como PSS/E, PSLF, EMTP, PSCAD, o similares.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés (+B2).
- Capacidad para liderar equipos de trabajo y proyectos conjuntos.
- Fuerte habilidad analítica y orientado/a a los resultados.
- Conocer del circuito eléctrico de Chile, ideal.
