**Human Resources Assistant**

As an HR Assistant, you'll support the Company by managing the day-to-day tasks associated with setting-up/running a new office as well as executing all HR processes in Cordoba covering the full employee life-cycle. You will be responsible for all HR/Facilities operations and will ensure all key policies and procedures are understood and implemented. This is a true generalist position offering the opportunity to get involved in all areas of HR such as compliance, recruitment, performance, management, benefits administration, hiring and onboarding, exits, employee relations, HR administration, etc.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for all day-to-day HR Services and office management
- Partner with the Global HR Operations team to ensure global initiatives are successfully implemented
- Be the first point of contact for employees for any HR-related matters
- Responsible for the coordination of office activities and management of multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Managing the full new starters’ hiring process, including preparing employment contracts as well as any other hire-related documents, registering new hires with insurance/pension and other government bodies, delivering the HR induction to new hires, liaising internally with Heads of Operations, IT, hiring managers to ensure a seamless on-boarding
- Handling any work permits or visa processes for employees with the assistance of global visa support group
- Managing all local employee benefits such as health insurance, pension funds, vacation allowances, etc.
- Providing inputs to payroll such as salary information, benefit changes, departures, leave requests, etc.
- Preparing exit documentation and handling all exit processes such as returning laptops, closing accounts with IT, etc.
- Ensure the office is compliant with local Health & Safety regulations
- Provide critical, timely support to a senior leader in the region
- Perform related duties as required

**Skills & Requirements**:
Essential
- 4+ years of work experience in the field of Human Resources
- Availability to work in the office every day
- Strong analytical skills to propose 'what-if' scenarios
- Advanced communication skills in Spanish and English are a must. Any other languages will be a plus.
- University Degree on Human Resources or related fields
