**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing and maintaining Knowledge Management Assets (including procedures, user guides, contextual help and communications) to support KYC policies and operational processes
- Ensure final approved documents conform to prescribed templates and style guidelines
- Champions and adheres to the WKO Change Readiness process
- Responsible for Knowledge Management asset impacts by participating in project workstreams
- Write user-friendly materials that meets the needs of the target audience, translating knowledge into content that sets our users up for success
- Manage communications and meetings with project teams and key business partners, escalating challenges as needed
- Facilitate review with Stakeholders including Process Owner, Management, Testing and Compliance securing all approvals for procedures
- Work under tight deadlines to quickly update/enhance knowledge assets resulting from policy and process changes
- Establish working relationships and routinely interface with Stakeholders, Technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Compliance, and any other relevant party
- Formulate observations and recommendations for process improvement, risk mitigation, and improved controls
- Cross-train and collaborate with peers
- Work both proactively & reactively towards daily communication requirements, presented by senior management alongside regularly scheduled business updates. This process involves collaboration with key stakeholders, creation and delivery of WKO Communications to the business, against tight deadline

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:

- Degree in English/Writing or equivalent work experience
- Advanced level of English
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with technical/procedural writing in HTML, editing and communication.
- Knowledge of financial services functions, operations and awareness of regulatory and compliance environments a plus.
- Demonstrated experience editing and reformatting detailed procedural documents into succinct, easy to follow steps
- Experience in Know Your Customer (KYC).
- Strong collaboration, facilitation, and conflict management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines, while managing shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly with strong attention to detail
