**Sales Trainer**

We are looking for an experienced **Sales Trainer** to join our team and help train, develop and support our sales representatives, with a special focus on those in their early stage of professional development. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for co-designing, implementing and evaluating effective training programs geared towards improving sales skills, product knowledge and utilizing industry best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement both virtual and in-person sales training programs aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions focused on key sales skills, including prospecting, closing techniques, objection handling, and effective follow-up.
- Provide individual and group coaching to enhance SDR (Sales Development Representatives) performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and HR teams to identify areas for improvement and design tailored training solutions.
- Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, manuals, and multimedia resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the sales team. Stay current on industry trends and adjust training programs accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in sales roles, preferably as Business Development Representative (BDR).
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, and best practices for training sales teams.
- Experience in co-designing and delivering training programs for both phone and in-person sales.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into improvement plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach diverse teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Apollo, etc.) and online training platforms.
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic and changing work environments.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
