- ** Process Optimization**:Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across [the region] and beyond, regularly reviewing performance
- ** Product Improvement**:Proactively search for new features or improvements that could improve the experience on and efficiency of our marketplace, measure their impact and collaborate with Regional and Territory teams to implement launches in the region
