Main Purpose:
- Guarantee zero quality incidents/ Incident management support
- Coordinate the actions Plan of Quality Go to Market team
- Lead Improvement project of GTM
- Lead Quality meetings to report KPI of consumer complaints (SOLA: Argentina+Uruguay+Paraguay+Chile+Bolivia)
- Lead quality digitalización projects
Accountabilities:
- Monitor the trend of consumer and customer complaints and define preventive actions
- Monitor actions plans by manufacturing local site based on consumer/Customer complaints trends/Provide support in "Target Project" focused on guaranteeing the quality conformity of products in the market.
- Report Quality Indicators to monitor the performance of GTM area.
- Support the innovation process in the Market/ Review of ICQAs (Inter company Quality Agreements)
- Management of complaints alerts related to consumer safety.
- Lead meetings for decision-making in response to claims alert, invloving multple areas :R&D, MKT, MP and QA sites.
- Support Dummy recall process
- Compliance and update of the standards defined for GTM
- Lead and follow digitalization projects to monitor KPI.
