We are seeking a skilled and experienced Citrix Administrator to join our IT team. As a Citrix Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Citrix environment, ensuring its optimal performance and security.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement, configure, and maintain Citrix solutions, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Endpoint Management, and Citrix Cloud.
- Manage and optimize the Citrix infrastructure, including servers, storage devices, and networks.
- Monitor the performance and availability of Citrix services, identifying and resolving issues to provide a seamless user experience.
- Administer access policies and security settings in the Citrix environment, ensuring data protection and compliance with company policies.
- Perform software updates and patches for Citrix, keeping the environment up to date with the latest versions and enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to solve complex issues and improve system integration.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in administering Citrix technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Endpoint Management, and Citrix Cloud.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing Citrix infrastructure components, such as servers, storage, and networking.
- Knowledge of access control and security practices in Citrix environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Citrix-related issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

- Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCE-V, CCP-V).
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
