**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or a related role.
- Proven track record of leading and executing successful data analysis projects.
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning).
- Excellent knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with data wrangling, data cleaning, and data preparation techniques.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for data and its potential to solve complex problems.
