**The Position**
- As Clinical Research Associate you will be the primary point of contact between site staff and Novo Nordisk. You will act as ambassador for the company and contributes to making Novo Nordisk the preferred partner.**Activities and Responsibilities**
- The Clinical Research Associate is responsible for site management for the initiation of sites (if applicable) as well as conduct and closing activities of the appointed studies in compliance with local regulations, International conference of Harmonization
- Responsible for taking leadership of site management for the selection and initiation of sites as well as conduct and closing activities of the appointed studies in compliance with local regulations, International conference of Harmonization
- Responsible for managing the site to meet patient recruitment rate and target.
- In charge of delivering results that have direct impact on the successful completion of the clinical programme.
- Coordinating with local and global Trial Manager/Project Manager and communicating to them progress and critical issues that may impair trial progress.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor or other degree in Life Sciences or equivalent, e.g. nursing, medical, or related.
- Proficient in English & Spanish verbal and writing skills, e.g. enabling understanding of the protocol and study documents as well as writing monitoring reports.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with sites
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

**Desired Qualifications**
- Experience working on a similar position within the Pharmaceutical industry or Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
