We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Trainer** to join our team, and be part of a project for one the biggest IT and marketing companies in the world.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate training needs across the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs on a variety of topics, including technical skills, soft skills, and leadership skills.
- Create and maintain training materials, such as presentations, brochures, and online modules.
- Deliver training in a variety of formats, including group workshops, individual coaching, and e-learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in training.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and maintain engaging and informative training materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
