Closing & Reporting Analyst

This role is accountable to perform accounting activities, monitor accounting processes, following internal Mars guidelines (Finance Manual).
- ** What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Perform accounting closing activities: Bank account reconciliation, post MJE in SAP ensuring Finance Manual required practices are followed.
- Responsible for MAB and Overheads accounting close activities including the review of other associates’ work and reporting.
- Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation with quality, according to Finance Manual guidelines.
- Perform closing reporting to BU (P&L/BS/S&U).
- Continuously review closing processes to identify opportunities to implement efficiencies.
- Document workflow, procedures, checklists, and policies for assigned tasks.
- Support external and internal audit requests.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests.
