**Salary: USD 800-1000**

**Schedule: Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM EST**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in travel bookings
- Process insurance refunds, travel booking refunds, and the like
- Scheduling calls
- Paying and keeping track of bills
- Ad-hoc admin tasks
- Documentation
- Updating Notion
- Provide support in day-to-day tasks and business operations
- Provide support in company’s e-commerce brand;
- Assist in shipments to influencers/brand partners
- Invoicing
- Coordinate with Sales Team**Requirements**
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the same or similar role
- A good sense of creating processes is highly preferred (for ex. process refund for an insurance company, they will be able to document it)
- Must be a fluent bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Reliable and always punctual
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Proactive and unafraid to ask questions
- Solution-oriented; able to connect the dots between what’s missing and what’s needed
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to consistently meet deadlines

**Experience**:

- Executive Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- notion: 1 year (preferred)
