We are currently looking for **Project Coordinator** to work for a global technology project.

**What you´ll do**

Project Management:

- Assisting Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and executing projects within budget and on time.
- Monitoring project progress against milestones and deadlines, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Managing project resources (human, material, financial) effectively to optimize resource utilization.
- Facilitating effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Preparing and disseminating project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and actioning on key decisions.

Administrative Support:

- Maintaining project files and records electronically and physically.
- Handling logístical arrangements for meetings, travel, and events.
- Scheduling and coordinating project resources.
- Providing general administrative support to the project team.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Clearly and concisely communicating project information to all stakeholders.
- Actively listening to stakeholders' needs and concerns, resolving issues effectively.
- Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Other Duties:

- Performing research and data analysis to support project decision-making.
- Identifying and implementing project improvement opportunities.
- Contributing to continuous process improvement within the project management team.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- B2+ or C1 English Level
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Communications) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides).
- Project management software experience (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
