Tasks to be done
- Registrations AFIP daily follow-up. (Temporary Staff)
- Withdraw registration sheets for each sector of the Hotel.
- Loading of hours in each spreadsheet to track daily/weekly spending depending on the hotel sector.
- Monitoring of work accidents (relationship with HR and medical service - safety)
- Management, monitoring and advice on requests for temporary personnel.
- Preparation of payrolls for the different sectors, according to profile, number of people, schedules. Monitor their adjustment in relation to the needs
- Responsible for preparing and filing temporary employment contracts.
- Uploading files and punch cards (tapping registration system)
- Coordination with trainer for inductions
- Request for payroll from employment agencies and its monthly update
- Coordination of interviews
- Control of absences and management of casualties, if necessary.
- Performance monitoring of eventual staff. Daily tour to see the work of each occasional person who is working. Learn more about the profiles
- Collaborate with the people who make the requests for temporary personnel
- Responsible for maintaining the file and validity of the BPM course.
- Sending news (hours). BI-WEEKLY and MONTHLY
- Make settlement adjustments corresponding to previous months.
- Shipment of provisions.
- Responsible for the control of invoices, Send them to the sector for the manager's signature
- Check-comparison of provisions / majors / invoices
