At the SC/P Center, we plan the entire supply chain for purchased parts and powertrain scopes from the point of final value creation to the point of assembly. Our planning responsibilities range from product influence in the product development phase, through inbound and intralogistics planning, to the implementation of process-optimized load carriers.
In the SC/PCO department, we are responsible for planning and optimizing total cost-optimal E2E supply chain processes, have module responsibility and drive standardization in module planning, methods and module strategy. Our aim is always to develop solutions that not only meet the monetary and qualitative goals, but also the challenges of our colleagues in the plants.
