**Key Responsibilities**
- **Atlassian Administration**:

- Perform server and plugin updates/upgrades for Jira, Bitbucket, and Bamboo Data Center editions.
- Manage and maintain Atlassian platforms to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- **DevOps Support**:

- Respond to DevOps requests for both internal and customer-facing projects.
- Provide expert troubleshooting to identify and resolve process issues within the DevOps environment.
- **Customer Provisioning**:

- Provision new customers on our platforms, ensuring seamless integration and setup.
- **Upcoming **Project Involvement**:

- Assist in shifting from local agents on Bamboo to remote agents in containers running in vSphere Tanzu, aiming to upgrade Bamboo by February.
- Support internal environment realignments and cleanup to prepare for continued expansion of our supported customers and partners.
- Contribute to preparations for future ISO/SOC certifications by identifying and executing necessary tasks.
- Assist planning and building deployment process for future products
- **Documentation**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Collaborate with management and team leads to Identify and implement continuous incremental improvements to systems, processes, and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years as an DevOps engineer/administrator in an Atlassian environment is preferred
- Proven experience with Atlassian LTS Data Center versions for Jira, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Required**:

- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Familiarity with Linux terminal, VS Code, and GIT source control.
- Scriptrunner/Groovy scripting experience.
- **Preferred**:

- Knowledge of SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and Java Specs.
- Programming skills in Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

**Certifications**:

- Atlassian and/or DevOps certifications are a plus but not required.

**Reporting Structure**

This position reports directly to the VP of IT.
