**The role**

We are seeking an experienced SEO/SEA specialist to optimise organic and paid search campaigns to drive qualified traffic, increase brand awareness, and acquire new customers. You will be responsible for growing our organic presence and managing PPC ads across major search platforms.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Perform keyword research and expand website content to target high-traffic, high-conversion search terms and phrases (3+ years experience required).
- Execute technical and on-page optimisation, link building, local SEO strategies to boost organic rankings, traffic and conversions (2+ years required).
- Set up, optimise and manage search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc. Manage budgets, bids, targets; analyse performance data (4+ years required).
- Prepare reports on ROI, KPIs, rankings, and other analytics. Identify optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales teams to align SEO/SEA with business goals.
- Stay updated on latest search engine algorithm changes.
- Develop, execute and optimise paid campaigns on search engines and social media, mainly Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Business Manager.
- Identify issues like Google penalties, thin content, site migrations etc. and recommend solutions.

**Who Are We Looking For**
- At least 2-5 years of experience in search engine advertising and optimisation, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience of using tools such as: GA4/Tag Manager/Search Console/Data Studio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and team members.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Adapt to evolving situations and challenges and be open to suggestions, collaborations, and changes.
