**Requirements**:
Experience: 6+ years QA Automation Engineer focused on web app testing.
Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver. Front-end: HTML, CSS, JS frameworks. Back-end API testing with Postman, REST Assured.
Knowledge: Testing principles, Git, CI/CD.
Qualities: Analytical, detail-oriented, independent, strong communicator.
Certification: ISTQB or relevant testing certifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create comprehensive test frameworks, plans, and cases encompassing both front-end and back-end APIs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure test cases cover all functionalities and edge cases.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and promptly report defects or issues.
- Partner with the development team to replicate, debug, and resolve reported problems.
- Conduct regression testing to verify ongoing software component functionality.
- Enhance and optimize automated testing processes and frameworks for improved efficiency and coverage.
- Stay current with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements and enhancing software quality assurance.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting automation best practices.
