WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Communications & Influencer Marketing Coordinator for Nike Argentina. The position’s mission is to design and execute different communication and influencer marketing plans according to the different interest groups or established target audiences (internal and external).

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Coordinate, together with other work areas, actions that help to detect and satisfy the needs of consumers.
- Obsessing product narratives and Seeding strategies to ensure culturally relevant, transformational, consumer-centric approach in all marketing efforts.
- Develop communication strategies that allow the brand to continue leading the market, both through its products and services.
- Maintain relations of exchange and cooperation with those responsible for mass media, national and international, as well as with opinion leaders and influencers.
- Coordinate actions regarding internal communication with the various areas of the company that require it.
- Manage the resources allocated for the various communications activities.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

This person will sit in the Catalyst Brand Management and communications function, reporting directly to the SOCO Communications Manager, Marketing.
- You will work closely with other Catalyst (influencers) teams in Sounthern Cone & Regional with a growth mindset to contribute towards the world class influencer team.
- Work cross functionally with all the Brand Marketing but also with other key partners.
- The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You are consistently collaborative and open to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with and adopt a multi-tasking approach.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- University graduate of the careers of Social Communication; Degree in Public and Institutional Relations; Degree in Journalism or related.
- At least 5 years of verifiable experience in similar positions, either in companies and/or communication agencies.
- English - fluent (both writing and oral).
- Strong knowledge in Brand PR and in the development of communication strategies for the positioning of products, services and/or messages.
- Strong knowledge in Gen z cultural and sports landscape.
- Influencer management & relationship building.
- Strategic planning capacity in the short, medium and long term.
- Innovative and proactive attitude, look for opportunities to keep fueling the brand.
