ioet Inc., a software company operating with a talented team across LATAM, delivers Software Engineering as a service to clients around the world. Our company offers exciting professional challenges working on projects for startups, as well as some of the world’s most famous brands. Our positions are full-time, remote, and paid in USD.

We’re looking for an experienced Go developer who knows how to use the language effectively. Your main job is to create Go programs and packages that can grow and are easy to manage. You’ll also make sure they have good documentation and are well-tested. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team, so teamwork and a focus on solving problems and creating good products are key.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in the Go programming language.
- Strong understanding of Go’s syntax, data structures, and concurrency mechanisms.
- API Design and Integration: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, API keys) from various providers and services.
- Concurrency and Parallelism: Designing and implementing concurrent and parallel systems for large-scale integrations.
- Error Handling: Proficiency in handling errors and exceptions gracefully with explicit error returns.
- Authentication and Authorization: Mastery of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and RBAC.
- Testing: Proficiency in unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Security Best Practices: Understanding of data encryption, input validation, and protection against vulnerabilities.
- Data Serialization: Experience with JSON, XML, and Go's encoding/JSON package.
- High level of English (spoken and written)
- **Based in Latin America or be able to work +/- 3 from GMT- 5 (Bogota, Quito, Lima)**
