**Main Purpose**
- Control of supplier´s services performance.
- Generate Contracts for all the suppliers to perform a Correct management of the received Services.
- Generate and challenge the processes of the contractors to improve them.
- Identify Saving Opportunities related synergies & activities avoidance.
- Improve & challenge the processes to reduce ambiguity and improve the efficiency.

**Your mission will be to**
- Monitor the performance of service providers.
- Evaluate suppliers for quality, HSE, and productivity.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs due to change in the form of contracting or execution of works.
- Work in a multidisciplinary way with other areas to find the best solution to the identified opportunities (always with a focus on Safety & efficiency & quality)
- Ensure the implementation of process changes to obtain saving.

- University Degree in Engineering or Accountant & Business administrator
- Technical knowledge and experience in areas Building maintenance and Facility Services.
- Intermediate English
