- Calendar management
- Setting up Zoom Meetings:

- Schedule Zoom meetings
- Ensure all necessary details are communicated, and participants receive invitations promptly.
- Note-Taking and Action Item Management:

- Take comprehensive notes during meetings.
- Summarize action items
- Send periodic reminders
- Data Management in Evernote and Master Sheet
- Onboarding Responsibilities:

- Handle onboarding for new Buyers or Vendors.
- Manage Master Service Agreements (MSA), Insertion Orders (IO), and accounting setup
- Skype Familiarization
- Travel arrangements
- Meeting notes and documents
- Attend key meetings and track follow-ups
- Organize and plan internal and external meetings, etc.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
