Tech Lead

As an Engineering Lead you will be leading, motivating and coaching a high-performance team of engineers, responsible for developing the core platform of the company and delivering a world-class product to some of the biggest brands and companies in the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Product Manager, Product Designer and QA Engineer to define the team's strategy, plan product initiatives and remove roadblocks in order to fulfill the team's mission.
- Leading technical discussions and decisions in the team and fostering technical discussions with other Product Engineering Teams.
- Coordinating and ensuring the delivery of the team's solutions.
- Being an active member of the Engineering Leadership team contributing to develop our strong culture.
- Coaching new and existing engineers in the areas of current or new technologies.
- Taking a hands-on approach when the situation demands.

About you
- You have 5+ years leading and deeply caring for your engineering team, solving complex problems that demand the best performance.
- You have 7+ years of experience shipping high quality software.
- You have advanced oral and written English skills.
- You have solid knowledge of programming languages and paradigms, software architecture and quality.
- You know how to work in an agile and collaborative environment, and contribute to its improvement by ensuring we learn together.
