- El Centro de Servicios de Chevron (Buenos Aires Shared Service Center - BASSC), ubicado en Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, con sus más de 1000 empleados, brinda soluciones en las áreas de Finanzas, IT, Downstream, Recursos Humanos, Procurement y Auditoría a la organización global y está lanzando su Programa de Pasantías.

Tareas a desarrollar:

- Incluye, pero no se limita a:
- Manejo de alta de proveedores y Supplier Due Diligence-
- Seguimiento de e-Orders y confirmación de aceptación por parte del proveedor.-
- Soporte analítico para la planificación de contratos.-
- Confección de reportes de performance-
- Administración electrónica de la cartera de contratos-
- Asistencia al usuario interno en la gestión y el proceso de contratación-
- Seguimiento y control de procedimientos del Sector-
- Mantenimiento y organización de documentos en el SharePoint.-
- Mantenimiento de catálogos (construcción de nuevos y actualización de los vigentes)-
- Preparación de licitaciones, validación y análisis primarios de ofertas.-
- Control de contratos por finalizar-
- Seguimiento de facturas / pagosLos pasantes tendrán la oportunidad de ser parte del equipo de Contract Advisors, comenzar a entender el puesto y sus tareas, y su impacto en el negocio. Adicionalmente, tendrán la oportunidad de interactuar con requirentes de distintos países y regiones, con distintas culturas y prioridades.

**Requisitos**:
- Estudiantes cursando preferentemente el 4º año de la carrera de Abogacía.-
- Idioma inglés avanzado-
- Disponibilidad para hacer pasantía en turno tarde-
- Paquete OfficeHoras por semana: 20 horas.
- Duración de la Pasantía: 12 meses, con la posibilidad de extenderse por 6 meses más.
- Ubicación: Puerto Madero, CABA
