**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and rigorous lessons in Economics to students at various levels, following the IB curriculum requirements and using a variety of instructional methods.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, examinations, and coursework, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies, curriculum enhancements, and cross-disciplinary projects.
- Actively participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and school events, contributing to the overall success of the school community.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status and relevant teaching experience in Economics (International Baccalaureate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated commitment to student-centered learning, differentiated instruction, and the use of technology in the classroom.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is desirable.
