**Sobre el puesto**

Quien ocupe el rol será responsable del armado, implementación y ejecución de todas las operaciones logísticas del negocio de Logistics gestionando todo el proceso desde que se genera la solicitud de un envío hasta que se realiza la entrega efectiva.

La misión del área de Logistics Operations es materializar la propuesta de valor de Cabify Envíos ofreciendo para todas nuestras audiencias un servicio seguro, fiable y superior. Para esto es necesario generar procesos de alto valor agregado de una forma eficiente y escalable.

**¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?**
- Liderando el área de Operaciones logísticas para el negocio de Logistics acompañando el crecimiento y la expansión planificada.
- Diseñando e implementando los procesos y la tecnología necesaria para los diferentes servicios de última milla, cross dock y primera milla.
- Gestionando la capacitación, planificación, asignación y efectiva ejecución de la flota.
- Brindando soporte de la operación en tiempo real a través de la Torre de Control.
- Gestionando proyectos de mejora para el área buscando soluciones efectivas y escalables con foco en la mejora de la experiência de nuestros drivers y clientes en el uso del servicio.
- Coordinando los planes de acción con los distintos sectores de la empresa (Local y Global) para el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
- Generando esquemas de control, análisis en profundidad y reportes de gestión para la toma de decisión.
- Gestionando el desarrollo del equipo de operaciones.
- Gestionando y liderando el funcionamiento integral del warehouse.

**¿Qué buscamos?**:

- Experiência liderando operaciones logísticas de última milla (Express, Same Day / Next Day, Programadas).
- Haber desarrollado operaciones Mercado Envíos Flex es un plus y será muy valorado.
- Perfil proactivo, autónomo y con ganas de impulsar un cambio.
- Capacidad de manejar muchos frentes simultáneamente y de dialogar con múltiples interlocutores, logrando mantener una agenda ordenada de trabajo por objetivos.
- Persona altamente resolutiva y metódica, con mentalidad data-driver para la toma de decisiones.
- Manejo de herramientas analíticas como Microsoft Excel & Tableau.
