Como CFO, serás una pieza clave en la dirección de nuestras finanzas. No solo manejarás el flujo de caja y la planificación financiera, sino que también serás responsable de analizar nuestras fortalezas y debilidades financieras para desarrollar estrategias correctivas efectivas. Este rol está diseñado para un líder proactivo, con un enfoque innovador y visión global, que además aporte su experiência tecnológica a nuestro equipo.

**Tus Desafíos**
- Manejar eficientemente el flujo de efectivo y asegurar el cumplimiento de compromisos a nível global.
- Supervisar el flujo de dinero del proyecto, desde su movimiento hasta su correcta contabilización según el país.
- Administrar y asegurar la precisión en los estados financieros, estableciendo indicadores clave para decisiones estratégicas.
- Mantener y gestionar las relaciones con bancos y otros jugadores del mercado.
- Identificar y corregir áreas clave para maximizar ganancias y minimizar pérdidas.
- Garantizar el uso eficiente de los recursos para asegurar el bienestar financiero de la empresa.
- Crear y gestionar la estructura y políticas financieras de la organización.
- Producción de budget, cash flow y forecast.
- Manejo de activos digitales, stablecoins y otros activos financieros.

**¿Qué buscamos en ti?**
- Que seas profesional en Finanzas, Contabilidad o campos relacionados.
- Experiência en liderazgo en roles financieros, preferiblemente en entornos startup.
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Experiência en fintech y mercados, con capacidad para trabajar en entornos 100% remotos.
- Comprensión de la programación y tecnología aplicada a las finanzas.
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (nível conversacional).
