We are looking for a proactive and Gen Z-savvy assistant to join JUV, a direct-to-consumer juice press company. This remote position focuses on enhancing our social media presence, particularly on TikTok, and supporting our growth initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
- Stay up-to-date with Gen Z trends and leverage them to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to drive growth and enhance our online presence.
- Collaborate with the team to test new ideas and approaches, providing feedback and insights.
- Assist in various tasks as needed to support the company's growth-oriented goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of TikTok and Gen Z culture, including current trends.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and adapt quickly to new trends.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset, willing to learn and push back on ideas when necessary.
- Interest in a healthy lifestyle and knowledge of juicing preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

**Compensation and Work Structure**:

- Full-time position (40 hours/week minimum).
- Salary range: $1,200 - $1,500/month.
