Si estás estudiando **Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o afines,** y tenes más del 50% de la carrera aprobada, tenemos una vacante para vos como **HR Trainee **para trabajar en en la** Sede de Retiro.**

Principales responsabilidades:

- Realizar seguimiento del plan integral de pasantes.
- Mantener contacto con los pasantes de Argentina y gestionar acciones para mejorar el performance. Así también mantener el contacto con jefes, managers y directores.
- Actualizar base de pasantes.
- Gestionar renovaciones de pasantías.
- Coordinar actividades de engagement con los pasantes.
- Coordinación de pasantías de verano y posible continuación.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudiantes de carrera de **Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o afines **con 50% de la carrera aprobada con finales.
- Inglés Intermedio.
