**Job Description**:

- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Close and or follow up on outstanding ticket
- Escalate tickets as necessary
- Track and monitor service requests and problems to ensure a timely resolution
- Document FAQs

**Additional responsibilities**:

- Create documentation for users.
- Provide onsite support for local staff

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Strong time management and decision making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Prior support experience a plus
