Product Manager, Voice.ai Solutions

Description
We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to drive our SaaS Enterprise-Grade Voice.AI Meeting Call Recording and Insights solution a pioneering AI-powered platform that helps organizations capture, analyze, and leverage meeting intelligence.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that the team builds and ships products according to the customer value and business value
- Contribute to setting strategical vision and comprehensive product roadmap
- Conduct and maintain competitive analysis
- Define and track key product metrics (e.g., user adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue impact
- Drive continuous product discovery through deep customer insights and needs analysis
- Build and maintain an agile, prioritized product backlog
- Work closely with development, and UX/UI teams to estimate features, define requirements, and collaborate on release plans
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across development, marketing, sales, support, and legal teams
- Communicate internal and external communication of product value propositions
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in product management or a product-adjacent discipline, with a record of successful delivery of product values in collaboration with development and business teams
- Experience in creating strategic product roadmap(s from conception to launch
- Experience in leading the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- Ability to work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Demonstrated "get things done" problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication and presentational skills
