**Better starts and ends with the customer**

We’ll be looking to you to contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls. These calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Utilizing your knowledge of the organization, our products and/or services you’ll answer inquiries and resolve problems. It will be up to you to ensure all case notes are comprehensive and accurate.You will focus on 90% support to three countries Peru, Panama, and Chile. It´s important you have analytical and decisive profile with negotiation skills. You will ensure compliance with the team's objectives.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

- Intermediate B1 English level.
- Business Administration student or related.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m to 19 p.m.
- Argentina national holidays are worked.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to deal effectively with all types of people.
- One year of experience in the collections sector or customer service call center.
- Capacity for teamwork and effective communication.
- Intermediate Excel.
