**About the Role**

As a Sportsbook Executive, you will be tasked with optimization of the sportsbook product and marketing offerings to provide a relevant, localized customer experience on BetWarrior Brands. The Sportsbook Executive will also be tasked with liaising with our partners/providers to continuously strive towards an optimized, relevant, localized experience for our customers.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Manage aspects of our day-to-day communication and processes with suppliers, providers/partners.
- Providing necessary services to other parts of the organization through Back Office tools and administrative tools.
- Research and suggest improvements for tools used to administer your work to optimize performance.
- Maintain a clear focus on markets specified by the Sportsbook Manager as your area of responsibility as well as help out with other markets when required.
- Ownership and creating awareness of KPIs which are relevant for your focus or any which may be assigned to you and underlying reasons behind those KPIs including but not limited to: Turnover, Bonus Cost, Net Gaming Revenue, NDCs, Actives & ARPU
- Ensure Regional Managers, Marketing Managers & all other parts of the organization are aware of the most relevant sporting events and utilize the sports calendar to highlight events which will engage the majority of the customer base.
- Focus on VIP customers in your focus markets and ensure customers are managed and rewarded accordingly to optimize retention rates amongst VIP Sportsbook customers.
- Focus on ensuring Sportsbook segmentation for all campaigns focused on your regions (and even outside) that are relevant and deliver optimal value to both the Brands and the Customers.
- Assist CRM / Marketing in the set-up and testing of all Sportsbook-related campaigns to ensure quality and the best possible customer experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in an online environment.
- Passionate about sports and driven to deliver the best betting experience in the market.
- Knowledge of the online gaming market, products and customers.
- Highly motivated with the ability to self-manage and consistently meet challenging targets within a fast-moving industry and a dynamic organisation.
- Excellent team player skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Educated to degree level or with relevant industry qualification.
