Proclinical are recruiting a CTM/ SCTM, Argentina for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Buenos Aires.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and offer contributions for study protocol, edit check specifications, data analysis plan and final study report when suitable.
- Handle site quality, which involves direct oversight of project clinical research associates and supervising deliverables.
- You will serve as a main point of contact for operational project-specific concerns and study deliverables.
- Uphold expertise of protocol, therapeutic area and indication.
- Offer cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and deliverables, which involves guaranteeing all required project-specific training is offered.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a health-connected discipline, though an advanced degree would be ideal.
- Familiarity with phases I - IV, though phases II - III would be ideal.
- At least 5+ ears of experience in a project/clinical trial management role within a CRO.
- Prior involvement in a management role of general project timeline.
- Acquaintance with bid defense.
- Leadership abilities.
- Fluency in the English language.
