Technical Writer

Overview:
Our client is looking for a Technical writer who will be able to provide data analysis, technical acuity, and customer services for our professional services team.

As part of the team you will:

- Provide insights and reports to the customers
- Learn the client s infrastructure and use data to visualize information for customers

Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:

- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- 1+ years of experience in development, product management, professional services, customer/client success, data science, technical writing, or related field
- Fluency in technical and common office software
- Attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter
- Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy

Desired:

- 2+ years of experience in a development or technical role
- Experience with providing reports and working with large data sets
- Familiarity with exporting and analyzing data from a CRM
- Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming languages and concepts
- Familiarity software development life cycle
