Business Control
Business Control trabaja en estrecha colaboración con la función de control y contabilidad local en la región para controlar y coordinar los aspectos financieros clave del negocio de Yara.

**Responsibilities**:
El Pasante deberá contribuir a la gestión de los recursos financieros de la Empresa al aplicar con criterio preventivo los procedimientos generales de asignación y administración del crédito comercial necesario para el giro del negocio, y la coordinación de las acciones de cobranza y otras acciones correctivas, preventivas y administrativas emergentes de la misma.
También contribuirá al eficaz funcionamiento del área de Créditos y Cobranzas, brindando apoyo al Responsable comercial de determinada zona, realizando:

- Participar en el alta de clientes
- Colaborar en los ingresos y seguimiento de cobranzas (depósito, transferencias, cheques, tarjetas)
- Participar en el seguimiento de partidas pendientes en banco
- Contribuir al seguimiento de retenciones no informadas por clientes vs. Webs impositivas
- Colaborar en el armado de carpetas crediticias: Ingreso de balance, Nosis, generación de información para el análisis crediticio.
- Prestar colaboración en los informes de deuda vencida y a vencer a vendedores y distribuidores

Conocer y dar cumplimiento a la Política, Principios de Seguridad, directrices y estándares HESQ* establecidos por la compañía, basados en la filosofía Safe by Choice (Seguridad por elección), así como a los requisitos legales aplicables. Conocer y cumplir los demás requerimientos definidos en la Matriz de Responsabilidades HESQ*, asociadas su cargo/rol.

**Educación**
Nível educacional: estudiante de 2° año a 3°año de Administración de Empresas o Contador

Idioma: Inglés intermedio (preferentemente)

**Experiência laboral**
Experiência: preferentemente 1 año (no excluyente)

**Conocimientos y habilidades**
Características personales: proactividad con una aptitud marcada hacia el trabajo en equipo y con muy buen desarrollo de habilidades de negociación, flexibilidad, capacidad de análisis global y del detalle, planificación y organización.
