**Digital Marketing Trainee (M/F)**

Based in Sofia

(fix-term contract via agency, with possibility of extension)

**YOU WILL HAVE THE IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF**:

- **
Help marketing team** with ongoing projects implementation and daily tasks
- Provide support to the E-KAM in **preparing materials for digital campaigns**:

- ** Gather feedback** from the field (feedback on last performances, qualitative feedback, field visits, commercial exchanges, education feedback, hairdresser need gaps)
- ** Understand consumer needs and attitudes** (market studies, consumer connects, ratings and reviews, blogs)
- Implement all actions/launches to **achieve business objectives**.
- ** Adapt message, claims, packaging and all communication** for its market followed by validation of Product manager/Group Product Manager.
- ** Adapt and implement** **POS materials, tools, gifts, product content and all needed elements** for the launch in all channels.
- ** Assure brand visibility** offline and online.
- ** Adapt sales presenters and launch and animation materials** provided by HUB and responsible for marketing part in cycle meeting presentations and preparation for the brands that he/she is responsible.
- ** Use all digital corporate tools** and **track data** by brands
- ** Provide and ensure content** for localization / development of all digital asset (apps, platforms, web site) and their regular updates
- ** Adapt product content** to eComm content and upload/send to eComm partners
