**Responsibilities**
- Ensure CAMS deliver its Annual Operating Plan, anticipating bottom line deviation to the plan and communicating risks and opportunities in forecast.
- Lead all CAMS financial variables (Net Sales, Direct Cost, OPEX and NOPBT) monthly forecast construction, addressing all relevant and latest business changes.
- Deliver the annual cogs, budget and productivity plan for the whole MU aligned with targets.
- Lead monthly budget and productivity meetings to review business performance with the General Manager and budgets/projects owners and discuss risk and opportunities in those meeting to meet the plan.
- Direct the MBS in the cost and opex construction giving insights and visibility of important variables such as commodity inflations, transfer prices updates, ocean freight negotiations, opex and capex investments, budget adjustments. Be the link between the MBS and the functions areas to ensure latest changes and agreements are reflected in forecast.
- Oversight financials of key productivity initiatives to ensure they meet plan.
- Support month end closing processes of all financial variables to check and understand deviation to forecast. Be able to understand, summarize and explain what happened. Partner with Controlling to improve teamwork, closeness and find synergies. Improve monthly closing process (better and deeper analysis)

**Qualifications**
- +5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A or Business Administration.
- Expertise in finance and accounting (CPA not required).
- Strong understanding of CPGs business model (distribution, manufacturing, marketing, and sales)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge desired
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills to influence in a matrix organization design
