RESÚMEN DE LAS RESPONSABILIDADES DE LA POSICIÓN:
End User Engineer está enfocado en la implementación y optimización de configuraciones de desktops, dispositivos de movilidad para el usuario final.
DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LAS RESPONSABILIDADES:
1. Crea y mantiene configuraciones estándar de usuario final y ayuda con la creación de paquetes de software automatizados para garantizar que los sistemas de la desktop enterprise y los dispositivos de movilidad puedan ser compatibles y parcheados.
2. Realiza la administración de la distribución de software, la administración de parches de seguridad y aplicaciones, end point security, el soporte remoto y otras utilidades de administración, monitoreo y resolución de problemas de dispositivos móviles / desktop enterprise
3. Ayuda a documentar y mantener configuraciones estándar que respaldan las políticas de seguridad de la organización.
4. Crea documentación técnica según sea necesario.
5. Mantiene el conocimiento actual de las soluciones disponibles para realizar la distribución de software, inventario, monitoreo, actualizaciones y mantenimiento continuo para el entorno del sistema cliente de la organización.
6. Soluciona y resuelve problemas relacionados con el hardware y el software del cliente en coordinación con otros miembros de los grupos y usuarios de GTS.
7. Desarrolla informes que proporcionan información y análisis del uso de licencias de software, cumplimiento de software y hardware, sistemas operativos y distribución de software de aplicaciones alojadas.
8. Prepara, prueba y lanza aplicaciones de software y actualizaciones de seguridad para producción.
9. Apoya al técnico de servicios al usuario final en la resolución de troubleshooting y problemas
10. Realiza tareas adicionales según lo asignado

- Gran atención a los detalles, las habilidades para resolver problemas y la comunicación verbal / escrita (con audiencias tanto técnicas como no técnicas)
- Experto en soporte al usuario final
- Capacidad para desarrollar y motivar a otros.
Idiomas:
- Nativo/Nativa en español
- Nível Avanzado en inglés
Experiência:
- +1 año de experiência en End User Engineering Experience
- Preferido: más de 3 años de experiência en soporte al usuario final
Educación:
(Preparatoria, Bachillerato, Licenciatura, Maestría, Certificaciones.)
- Licenciatura en Tecnología de la Información o campo relacionado
- Preferido: certificaciones relacionadas con la gestión de tecnologías de usuario final. ((e.g., MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops)
