We welcome **passionate** warriors and are currently looking for a **Legal Counsel.**
**What you will do**:
- Drafts and negotiates key company contracts and provides strategic and proactive legal advice to the Management. Including Marketing & sponsorship agreements, Technology, providers and inter-company agreements.
- Knowledge of corporate law, in order to be able to carry out the day-to-day activities of group companies (drafting of minutes, treatment of financial statements, registration of procedures before IGJ).
- Legal analysis of aspects related to the online gambling business in Argentina.
- Coordinate the legal approach with different lawyers from the business group and external advisors
- Analysis, review and preparation of documentation in the framework of public bidding.
- Attention to user claims at Consumer Defense.
- Provide legal support and guidance to the Administration, Corporate Strategy, Compliance and Prevention of Money Laundering teams.
- Analysis and legal approach of events that occurred within the framework of the use of the online gaming platform.
- 4 -5 years as practicing attorney including contract law experience working at a top-tier ARG law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Leadership skills and teamwork in support of a collaborative environment.
- Ability to keep safe the confidentiality of information.
- Critical analysis.
- Bilingual English & Spanish.
