**What You Will Do**:

- Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology;
- Monitoring systems, website errors and escalating technical requests to other departments;
- Going through logs, patches, patterns, diagnose, troubleshoot, debug and handle other cybersecurity related questions;
- Handling and notifying customer incidents and RCAs;
- Generate and maintain maintenance tickets;
- Working with Jira tickets;
- Become a product expert and constantly grow.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent German and English;
- Technical support experience;
- General knowledge in the following systems: wGET, Curl, OpenSSL, hping, TCPtraceroute, MTR, Whois, Nslookup/DIG;
- Basixc Nginx knowledge;
- Desire to learn, research, and develop;
- Analytical thinking;
- Customer oriented and responsible attitude.

**Will be a great plus**:

- Experience with Linux;
- Experience with native speakers;
- International exchange programs participation.
